This Privacy Policy explains how Todoora ("Todoora," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Logic Layer Labs, handles information in connection with the Todoora mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect — at a glance

Leaves your device only for these features (never sold, never used to track you):

• Subscription & purchases — processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We receive an anonymous identifier to manage your subscription; we never see your payment details.
• Voice clips & photos you scan — sent only when you tap the mic or scan a reservation. Used solely to fill in your form, then discarded. Not retained or used to build a profile.

Stays on your device — we never receive it:

• Your to-dos, birthdays, bills, events, travel reservations, and notes
• Your account name and email address
• Any contacts you import
• Attached photos stored inside the App

1. Information stored on your device

Everything you create in Todoora — to-do items, birthdays, contacts, bills, events, travel reservations, attached photos, your account credentials, and your settings — is stored locally on your device. It is never transmitted to us. If you uninstall the App or tap "Clear All Data" in Settings, that information is permanently removed from your device.

2. Optional features that send data off your device

• AI voice entry & reservation scanning. When you use the mic button or scan a screenshot, the audio clip or image travels to our API server and on to Google Gemini solely to extract the relevant details and populate your form. The content is processed in real time and is not stored, indexed, or used to train models or build advertising profiles. We discard it as soon as the result is returned to your device.
• Subscription management. Purchases are handled by Apple. RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider, receives an anonymous device identifier to track entitlement and enable "Restore Purchases." We never receive or store your payment card number.

3. Device permissions

Todoora may request the following permissions. Each is optional — denying it only disables the related feature:

• Contacts — to import a contact for a birthday or Connections entry.
• Photos / Camera — to attach a flyer, scan a reservation, or save a photo to an item.
• Microphone — to use "Add by voice."
• Notifications — to receive reminders you set for events or travel.

4. How we use information

We use information only to operate the App's features: storing and displaying your entries, delivering reminders you schedule, completing AI-assisted entry, and managing your subscription. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.

5. Third-party service providers

The following providers handle specific parts of the App, each under its own privacy policy:

• Apple — app distribution and in-app subscription billing.
• RevenueCat — subscription entitlement and restore-purchases management.
• Google (Gemini AI) — real-time processing of voice clips and images for AI-assisted entry only.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because your content lives on your device, you control it completely. Delete individual entries at any time, or wipe everything with "Clear All Data" in Settings. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. The anonymous subscription identifier managed by RevenueCat is retained while your subscription is active; contact us to request its removal.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data handled by the optional features above, including encrypted transit for all API calls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

8. Children's privacy

Todoora is intended for users 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Todoora mobile application ("App"), operated by Logic Layer Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

Full access to Todoora requires a paid auto-renewable subscription ("Todoora Premium").

• Price: US $2.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency as shown at checkout).
• Free trial: New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins at the price above.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation, or at the end of any applicable free trial.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours of the period end.
• Managing and cancelling: Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Trial forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

3. Affiliate links

Some links within the App — including gift-idea links in the Birthdays tab — are affiliate links. When you make a purchase through one of these links, Todoora may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links do not affect our recommendations, and you are never required to use them. In accordance with FTC guidelines, Todoora discloses that it may earn compensation from affiliate links used within the App.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or service; or use the App in violation of any applicable law or these Terms.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the information you enter into the App. All content is stored on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you consider important.

6. Reminders and AI features are informational only

Todoora is a personal productivity tool, not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or travel advice. AI-generated output (voice entry, reservation scanning) may contain errors — always review and verify before relying on it. We do not guarantee that reminders or notifications will be delivered at the intended time or at all.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logic Layer Labs and Todoora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, missed payments, missed events, or missed travel, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription as described above.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Application Disclaimer

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Todoora mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer in its entirety. If you do not agree, discontinue all use of the App.

1. Affiliate links & referral disclosure

• Affiliate relationships exist with various third-party retailers and services, including Amazon.com. Amazon purchases made through the App may include the affiliate tag "go65-20."
• Inclusion of an affiliate link is not an endorsement or guarantee of any third-party product or service.
• Prices, availability, and terms of third-party products are controlled solely by those third parties and may change without notice.
• Todoora is not responsible for purchases made through affiliate links, including any charges, disputes, or dissatisfaction with products or services purchased.
• Commissions earned through affiliate links help support the development of the App. This compensation may influence which integrations are included, though Todoora strives to provide genuinely useful features regardless of affiliate relationships.

In accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable advertising disclosure laws, Todoora hereby discloses that it may earn compensation from affiliate links and referral programs used within the App. This disclosure applies to all such links throughout the App.

2. No warranty — App provided "as is"

Todoora, Logic Layer Labs, and any present or future subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Todoora Parties") make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
• That defects or errors will be corrected;
• That the App will function on any particular device, OS version, or iOS release;
• That any data entered will be saved, preserved, or recoverable;
• That results from using the App will be accurate, reliable, or complete.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Todoora Parties shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the App;
• Bugs, errors, glitches, crashes, or malfunctions;
• Loss, corruption, or failure to save any data, reminders, contacts, events, bills, or other personal information;
• Failure of notifications or reminders to trigger at the correct time or at all;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any reliance on the App for time-sensitive, financial, health, legal, or other critical decisions;
• Any third-party services, applications, or purchases accessed through the App, including purchases made via affiliate or referral links;
• Any errors or inaccuracies arising from AI-powered features, including voice input parsing and reservation scanning.

4. Data loss & backup responsibility

The Todoora Parties are not responsible for any loss of data stored within the App. While the App offers backup features, we do not guarantee that backups will be created successfully, that restored data will be accurate, or that any storage mechanism will function correctly on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent copies of important personal information. We strongly encourage regular backups through your device's native backup systems (iCloud Backup, etc.) in addition to any in-app backup features.

5. Third-party services & external links

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services including Amazon, Apple Maps, SMS and calling functions, and other productivity or streaming services. Many of these links may be affiliate links as described in Section 1. The Todoora Parties:

• Do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party services;
• Are not liable for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services;
• Are not responsible for purchases, charges, or disputes arising through third-party services accessed via the App.

Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Artificial intelligence features

The App includes AI-powered features such as voice-to-text entry and image scanning for reservations and event details. These features are for convenience only. The Todoora Parties make no representations that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or error-free. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated information before relying on it. The Todoora Parties are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated output.

7. Not for critical or emergency use

Todoora is a personal productivity and life-management tool. It is not intended for use in life-critical, safety-critical, emergency, medical, legal, or financial situations. Do not rely on the App for any purpose where failure could result in injury, financial loss, legal consequences, or other serious harm. Always use appropriate professional services for critical decisions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logic Layer Labs, Todoora, and its present or future subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) your violation of this Disclaimer; (c) any purchases or transactions made through affiliate links in the App; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

9. Changes to the App & this Disclaimer

The Todoora Parties reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice or liability. Affiliate relationships may also change at any time. This Disclaimer may be updated from time to time; continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.

10. Governing law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Logic Layer Labs is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Disclaimer or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
